RETURN POLICY

We want our customers to be satisfied with the products that they purchase from The Urban Farmwife.  If you do not absolutely LOVE your purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If we have made a mistake with your order, we will rectify the situation for you.  All we ask is that you let us know immediately.  If we do not hear from you within 2 days of delivery, we will not be able to replace the item or credit you.

RETURNS

We will definitely return an item IF it has been unwashed, unworn and still has all of the original tags attached.  Returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, stained, smell of smoke or perfume, will NOT be eligible for a return. We will accept returns within 21 days of purchase date.  We WILL NOT accept returns if the above criteria isn’t met.  We are not responsible for shipping costs to return any items.  Any returns sent COD to The Urban Farmwife will be returned to sender.

We recommend using a shipping method that you can track.  That is the customer’s sole responsibility.

 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer online exchanges at this time.  Our items tend to sell out quickly so we cannot guarantee that we will even have the same item for you to exchange it.  If you want to do an “exchange”, we ask that you return the item and then place a new order for the item you would like to purchase instead.
